Mr. Ramachandra has completed B.E.,Civil from BIT college of Engineering, Bangalore. He joined his father’s business in 2000 immediately after completing B.E. and took over the complete business responsibility in the year 2013 after the sad demise of his father Mr. Tallam. R. Rajan and since then there is no looking back for him.

He started a sister concern ICASA (Home Automation) for SHILPA GROUP in the year 2014. as the only son of visionary Businessmen Late. Mr. Tallam. R. Rajan, who established a civil contracting company in the year 1980 which later shaped into SHILPA GROUP of Companies with its diversified vertical into Home Automation, Façade Engineering, Realty, Contractual Construction, Builder of Residential, Commercial, Educational, Health Care, Hospitality, Industrial and SEZ projects.
